How to get a funded trading account at Core Funded

There are two routes to a funded account. Instant skips the evaluation entirely: you pay, your account activates, and you're trading funded capital from the first trade. 1-Step, 2-Step and 2-Step Flex are challenge accounts: you trade to reach a profit target under the account's rules, and once you pass (one phase for 1-Step, two phases for 2-Step and Flex), the account moves to the funded stage. You keep the same account and login; it is reset to the starting balance for the next stage. Phase transitions are requested in the dashboard and reviewed usually within 24 business hours. Breaching a loss limit closes the account; you can then start again with a new one.

All four account types share some ground rules: no time limit to trade at your own pace, a minimum number of qualifying trading days (each needing at least 0.5% net realized profit), and a profit split that starts at 80% and can be upgraded to up to 95% at checkout.

    Instant: funded from day one

Instant has no profit target and no evaluation — you're funded immediately. It carries a 3% max daily loss, a static 5% max total loss, and a 15% consistency rule checked at payout, with 5 minimum trading days. Instant is sold from $5,000 up to $400,000.

    1-Step: a single challenge phase

1-Step requires one phase at a 10% profit target before funding. It has a 3% max daily loss, a static 6% max total loss, 3 minimum trading days, and a 30% consistency rule at payout. 1-Step is sold from $5,000 up to $500,000.

2-Step (Standard): two phases, more room

2-Step runs two phases: a 10% profit target in Phase 1, then 5% in Phase 2. It has a looser 5% max daily loss and a static 8% max total loss, with 3 minimum trading days and a 30% consistency rule at payout. 2-Step is sold from $5,000 up to $500,000.

2-Step Flex: no daily loss limit

2-Step Flex uses the same 10% / 5% profit targets across two phases but drops the daily loss limit entirely, in exchange for a wider static 12% max total loss. It needs 5 minimum trading days and is sold only up to $100,000.

What's the same across every funded account

Every account trades on Match-Trader with 1:100 leverage (1:5 on crypto), across forex, indices, commodities and crypto, with overnight and weekend positions, hedging and EAs allowed; stop losses aren't mandatory and martingale isn't allowed. Once funded, you can request a payout on demand in Match-Trader as long as you have at least 3 qualifying trading days since your last payout; payouts go out by bank transfer or crypto within 24 hours, or you keep 100% of the split if that window is missed. Reaching 12% profit within 3 months grows a funded account by 25% of its starting balance, repeating up to $10,000,000 total capital.

Worked example: $100,000 on each account type

Here is what the same $100,000 account size means on each of the four types: what you pay, what you need to hit and where the loss limits sit.

    Instant, 1,195€
    No target · daily limit 3% ($3,000) · floor $95,000 · 5 trading days
    1-Step, 735€
    Target $110,000 · daily limit 3% ($3,000) · floor $94,000 · 3 trading days
    2-Step, 495€
    Phase 1 $110,000, Phase 2 $105,000 · daily limit 5% ($5,000) · floor $92,000 · 3 trading days
    2-Step Flex, 745€
    Phase 1 $110,000, Phase 2 $105,000 · no daily limit · floor $88,000 · 5 trading days
    Funded payout at 80%
    $2,500 requested from $5,000 profit → $2,000 to you

The floors are static, so they stay at those dollar levels however far the account climbs. A payout request can include up to 50% of your total profit, capped at $2,500 per request on accounts up to $100,000.
